How does the system work?

1. You need to create an account with us. Please click here to register if you don’t already have an account.
2. You then log in to our system to perform any of the following tasks:
   
   • Add a new product (e.g. book or video) or service (e.g. training course).
   • Upload your picture and/or the pictures of your product.
   • FFMB staff will look at your registration and will get back to you within 48 hours. We will confirm whether the registration was successful or not. Note: products containing adult, prejudicial or illegal material will not be processed.
   • If we accept your registration, your products/services will be listed on our Web site immediately for sale. FFMB will ask you to send a minimum of 5 copies of your product for delivery to customers.
   • After 14 days from the date your product or service was sold, we will deposit the money into your account or send you a cheque (less 30% commission). The 14-day delay is to provide for customers who may exchange for other products.
3. You can also perform the following tasks once you have an account with us:
   • Update your details
   • View your products and/or services
   • View order information and records
   • Access order statistics
   • Communicate with FFMB staff

• If your service is a training course or seminar, not only will the event be listed on the services section, but we will also list it on our events calendar.
